In its annual report to the community, the Women's Resource Center in Traverse City shared the following statistics for 2012:

1,915 women, children and men received services
6,844 calls on the 24-hour crisis line
11,690 hours of individual and group support
418 personal protection orders issued
27,828 nights of shelter collectively provided to clients
576 volunteers provided 13,265 hours of service (valued at $119,808)

The WRC provides crisis intervention, therapy, housing, programs for domestic violence offenders and a teen parent program for residents in Grand Traverse, Benzie, Kalkaska, Leelanau and southern Antrim counties.
