You might recall this summer's raffle of a new Chevy Volt that raised more than $100,000 for the Sleeping Bear (Bike) Trail near the Dunes. Raffle winner Bill Janis pledged to conduct his own raffle, and to donate the car to one lucky employee at Traverse City-based Century, Inc. Janis and his team conducted the raffle Friday, and the winner, Annette McMullen, was on-hand and overcome with shock and happiness.
