Wendee Wolf-Schlarf, a music teacher for the Traverse City Area Public Schools, is the Music Educator of the Year. A unanimous selection by the Michigan Music Education Association, Wolf-Schlarf teaches choral ensembles at TC Central, elementary music at Eastern and also services as K-12 music department coordinator. She will be honored at an awards presentation in Grand Rapids on January 18.
