At approximately 2:30 p.m. on October 10, detectives from the Traverse City Police Department located the 45-year-old man named in a recent stalking complaint. The suspect, identified as Louis Robert Neiswander, was found at a local hotel and arrested under a felony count of stalking; this is the third time in seven months he has been arrested for stalking the same woman, a Traverse City resident who has a personal protection order in place against the suspect. The victim has no relation with, nor any connection to, the suspect. Neiswander is currently in the Grand Traverse County Jail.
