"Just what Traverse City needs".....another ugly brick & morter building on the banks of the beautiful Boardman river ! C'mon Traverse City, let's keep our "dearest treasures" pristine, & beautiful. We need parks, & public access areas around these "treasures of our beautiful city", & move the commerce areas to a "commerce area"!

Right! So funny that the Curruthers' gang is so clueless that they criticize the mall and suburban development...and then berate downtown development and buildings and developers. So funny. Someday we can only hope to be led once again by a leader with a business mind.

Yeah, the last thing you want downtown is another building. It should just be open grassy areas for the children to frolic, and we can all hang out at the mall.

I think it's a rather nice looking building. Not really offering affordable housing, however.

Looks like another unwelcoming concrete building in our small downtown area, just what the people of TC are looking for,luxury for the few.
