Shanty Creek Resorts in Bellaire has partnered with Monster Energy, the energy drink company, to develop an expanded terrain-park area and to plan new winter events and promotions for the upcoming ski season.

The centerpiece of the partnership is the new Monster Energy Park at Schuss Mountain, which will include three adjacent ski runs and will feature more than 150 feet of new equipment including a battleship box, S-rails, two rainbow rails, C-rails, a 20-ft picnic table and more.

The Shanty Creek-Monster Energy partnership is expected to include lift ticket specials, pre-season sweepstakes, and special events on this winter. Monster will also be the sponsor of Schuss Mountain’s Slush Cup event. Plans are also underway for an inaugural Monster Energy Jam, a competition tentatively scheduled for January 26.
