Traverse City-based Century 21 Northland has acquired Remerica Up North Properties, marking its third expansion since forming in 2006. The office will maintain its location at 116 River Street in Elk Rapids and retain all its employees, along with the addition of Camille Campbell, an Elk Rapids resident previously with Coldwell Banker Schmidt. Century 21 Northland, which opened a Suttons Bay office in 2009 and acquired Sleeping Bear Realty in 2010, is owned by Brad Platt, Jason Kudary and Julia Lilley.
