The major power companies ( wolverine, consumers , DTE) were wining and dining TC Light and Power board members years ago, and City and County commissioners. Making sure that the dams did not receive the care and maintenance they needed. Those power companies leveraged local and national "environmental" chicken heads to do their dirty work for them. Now it all back fired, someone is going to get fined and sued.. Yet they all should be in jail!
