Students involved with the Alternative Spring Break program, run by United Way of Northwest Michigan and NMC, are hosting TC's first ever official Monopoly game tournament at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa on Sat., Mar. 2, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cost to enter is $25 and participants must be at least 10 years of age.
Here's how it'll work: There will be three 90-minute rounds with prizes for the winner of each table during each round. A grand prize of $500 cash will be awarded to the winner of the final round. Also, the winner with the most assets for any one game during the day will also win $100. More info/register here.
