A pancake breakfast benefit being held this Sun., Jan. 20, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the CETA Hall in Kalkaska will be a gathering to help George and Sally Shetler. Their family farmhouse burned to the ground on December 12 from an accidental kitchen fire. The home was insured and the Shetlers' dairy business was not affected. The event is by donation and money raised will go directly to the family. "We're honored and humbled that the community wants to do this for us personally," says Sally Shetler.
