For the second year in a row, American Spoon's Wild Thimbleberry Jam has been named a Good Food Awards winner at the annual event in San Francisco. Noah Marshall-Rashid, vice president of the Petoskey-based company and son of co-founder Justin Rashid, accepted the award at the ceremony earlier this month and was also selected to speak on behalf of all winners in the preserves category. Thimbleberries grow wild across Michigan's western Upper Peninsula.
