You can help raise thousands of dollars for student scholarships to Northwestern Michigan College’s Great Lakes Culinary Institute by attending the annual Wayne and Terry Lobdell Culinary Scholarship Dinner. Held Wednesday, September 26 at Lobdell’s: A Teaching Restaurant, this year’s dinner is “A Taste of Italy.” A sampling of what you'll taste: Char-grilled Gulf shrimp wrapped with Serrano ham and presented on rosemary skewers; oven-roasted lamb lollipops; roasted vegetable tartlets topped with shredded Asiago ... and that's just a few of the appetizers.
