Traverse City Police arrested a 64 year-old homeless man last night at Wendy’s Restaurant on U.S. 31 South. He was allegedly drinking alcohol and causing a disturbance. Officers and the restaurant manager attempted to get the individual to leave the property several times, but the subject began using vulgarities and refused to leave. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing and was found to have a blood alcohol level of .225.
