Mark your calendars for the largest home expo in northern Michigan the first weekend in February. The Home Builders Association Grand Traverse Area Expo brings more than 120 professionals from the region's construction and remodeling industry to the Grand Traverse Resort Feb. 2-3. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Saturday) and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Sunday). This year the expo will also feature nationally acclaimed grillologists Mad Dog & Merrill.
