Global 2012, Traverse City's annual hair and fashion show to benefit the Women’s Resource Center, is set for Friday, October 12 at the Traverse City Opera House. The theme for this year’s show? Fantastic colors. Expect more than 40 models wearing clothing provided by Ella’s, Lima Bean, Raven’s Child, Relish, Spirals, Top Drawer Consignment and What to Wear, and sporting avant-garde, wildly colored coiffures created by the stylists at Epiphany Salon, imprés Salon Spa, Salon 804, Salon Verve and Signature Salon. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with a cash bar, followed by the show at 7:00 p.m. General admission tickets cost $35. VIP reserved seating with admission to an afterglow party at the Opera House cost $50. Tickets are available at The City Opera House box office, their website, and at participating salons.
