Traverse City pedestrians should be aware that the sidewalk at the southeast corner of Boardman Avenue and East Front Street will be closed until May 1 while crews work on removing and replacing the facade of 402 East Front (the Coldwell Banker Building). A pedestrian detour will be provided. The City advises pedestrians to be prepared to use alternate routes to avoid this area and reduce congestion.
