On October 19 at 12:04 a.m. officers from the Traverse City Police Department were dispatched to Streeter’s Nightclub, 1669 South Garfield, in regards to a disorderly man. Officers arrested a 21-year-old Traverse City man for being drunk and disorderly. He had shoved a security guard of Streeters, used profanity and had refused to leave the property. He was lodged at the Grand Traverse County Jail after submitting to a PBT of .183 While dealing with the first subject, the officers observed a second subject flee inside the nightclub. Aware of outstanding warrants for his arrest, police located the man inside of the bar and arrested him without incident. The arrested subject, a 20-year-old Traverse City man, was arrested for four warrants of the 86th District Court for failing to appear on various charges. Upon placing the subject in the patrol vehicle and searching his pockets, officers located a small amount of marijuana. He was also lodged on a possession of marijuana charge in addition to the four warrants.
