Donation Mob Scores Big

September 21, 2012
Donation Mob Scores Big

The "donation mob" we reported on earlier this week was a roaring success, Comfort Keepers reports to The Ticker. After events held in Traverse City, Manistee and Petoskey, more than 1,500 pounds of food were collected to help area seniors in need. Food collected will go to the Grand Traverse Commission on Aging, which will in term deliver to seniors as part of the agency’s holiday-themed “Baskets of Bounty” program. Thanks to you, Ticker readers for stepping up!
