Remember that unknown man who stole the cash out of the register at TC's Crusted Creations pizza shop on 14th Street on August 9? He's been identified as Gene Allen Perritt, a 26-year-old Traverse City male. He was arrested for the unarmed robbery on August 17 and was arraigned yesterday morning. Perritt was charged with one count of unarmed robbery and one count of larceny in a building. He also has been charged with an additional count of larceny in a building, which stems from an unrelated purse snatching case that occurred prior to the Crusted Creations case.
