In our story about a new Suttons Bay development, readers might have been left with the impression that Pam Leonard and Steve Kozelko are business partners in all ventures. While they have cooperated in various projects, they are not co-owners in all ventures. Ms. Leonard solely owns the Vineyard Inn, Corkys Beach Bistro and the proposed Marketplace. Dr. Kozelko solely owns the French Valley Vineyards as well as the proposed tasting room for his winery to be located in a separately owned condo adjacent to Pam’s in the proposed Marketplace Building.
