First Newark, now Cleveland. On the heels of Cherry Capital Airport's recent announcement of United Airlines' summer-season weekend service to Newark, the airline will also begin offering inbound and outbound weekend service to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport starting June 9. Susan: Delta offers 1-2 in and out per day to MSP most of the year (early spring to late fall). I am booked TVC to LAX via connection in MSP next month both directions.
Also, Delta is thinning out the 50 passenger CRJ200's system wide, replacing with CRJ-700 and CRJ-900's- 76 passenger with....drumroll please...first class cabins. I'm in first class (elite upgrade). In the summer, the MSP and some of the DTW are mainline Delta jets (Airbus 320, MD-80/88, and DC-9).
