This is the largest mistake the city has made in recent months. It is almost impossible to get traffic through downtown now. Another reason small nusiness in the area will not get anymore of my business. That whole side of town is another cluster.

Am I the only one that remembers CVS when they were on Front St. in the heart of downtown? I personally am thankful that someone with $$$ can and will do something with that eye sore of a corner. Regardless of what people might think, TC will never be a small quiet town again. Too many people have come to visit and decided to move in. We welcomed them. Welcome to CVS and those that they will employ. You will not increase the traffic with your existance, you will just give competition to the 4 Walgreens, 4 Rite-aids and the soon to be 2 Meijer that we already have.

I am amazed at the egos of people trying to dictate what should or should not be built on that corner. What ever happened to property rights. If you don't want another drug store, but the property.

The city should have demanded that the present owner of the property maintain the building, raise it, and be responsible for the clean up of the site. This is what has brought us to today.

another intersection I'll avoid ... causing more traffic through neighborhoods.

How long has this site been vacant 15-20 years? It's about time that ANY company wants to deal with all the problems this corner brings to them.
